The Saiyan Prince

Last year I had submitted a picture which I had named "What the...??....Vegeta???".But back then (when I made that picture) I still hadn`t read the rules and I had used a copyrighted image in the picture.And after that I simply hadn`t payed any attention that I was violationg the rules with it.For that I apologize.It was just an oversight and will never happen again .

Anyway,about a week ago that deviation got removed due to copyright violation.So,I decided to draw a whole new picture of Vegeta so I can re-submit "What the...??....Vegeta???".
